Worship Services take place every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. from the Sunday after Labor Day through Father’s Day (the third Sunday of June). Services, which last approximately one hour, are followed by a fellowship hour in the Parish Hall, to which all are cordially invited.

Services typically include hymns, music, several readings, silent meditation, unison readings, and a sermon.

At the Theodore Parker Church, dress is casual. Many "regulars" wear jeans and sneakers. Others get a little more dressed up (khakis and a sweater or jacket, for example). You will find few, if any, neckties and suits. Children's classes often involve physical movement and art projects, so they should dress appropriately. Shorts, T-shirts and sandals are the typical attire for the summer services.

Children's classes and a nursery are available so that adults may attend the service. About once a month there is a family service where everyone assembles for a portion of the day's service.
