What UUs Bring to the Resistance Party

This service, led by the Rev. Tom Schade, focuses on Unitarian Universalists’ particular approach to the work of broad and diverse social movement that is defending the social progress our nation has made.

Rev. Tom Schade is a retired UU minister who served the First Unitarian Church of Worcester for 12 years. He writes a blog, “The Lively Tradition,” about the intersection of UU theology and public events. He is a graduate of the Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He lives with his wife, Sue, in Pawtucket, RI. He is a lifelong UU, the son of a UU minister, a father, a grandfather, and the spiritual director to two small dogs, who listen to every word he says with great attention, and then do what they want anyway.
