DESCRIPTION:Each June\, we meet to elect officers\, approve the budgets for the upcoming church year (July 1-June 30)\, and act on other proposed business. View the official warrant with the meeting agenda here. Please make every effort to attend! All are welcome\, but only church members may vote. \nFollowing a shorter-than-usual worship service and a brief fellowship hour\, we will reconvene at noon in the sanctuary and on Zoom. \nVOTES WILL BE TAKEN TO: \n\nAccept the minutes of the 2023 Annual Meeting\nApprove the slate of officers for 2024-25 recommended by the Nominating Committee:\n\nBoard: Meredith St. John (chair)\, Diane Issa (vice chair)\, Mark Ferrenz (treasurer)\, Katie Forde (clerk)\, Brian Cartwright\, Lee Hewitt\, Ruth Kahn\, Allison MacNabb\, and Cathy Ware \nModerator: Kevin Murray \nTrustees: Sunil Sarin (chair)\, Allison Bayer\, and Keith Gillette \nNominating Committee: Cindy Bergeron (chair)\, John Lambert\, MaryBeth Noonan\, and Carey Toran \n\nApprove the FY25 operating and capital budgets [link to last week’s budget presentation]\nApprove changes to the Bylaws [link to document with changes highlighted]\n\nBesides taking care of business\, the Annual Meeting is a time to celebrate our year together and acknowledge the many contributions of our members\, friends\, and staff.
