SUMMARY:Winter Fair Planning Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Winter Fair is a fun\, festive event and one of our most important fundraisers. The Fair is happening on November 22 from 10 am to 3 pm. Planning has already begun\, and we will need lots of volunteers to make it a success. \nAn informational meeting will be held on Sunday\, September 14 to give people a more detailed look at the different aspects of the fair\, the kind of help we need\, and how to sign up as a volunteer. Newcomers are especially welcome. \nFor more information\, contact co-planners Carol Allen and Jennifer Bottomley  \nThe volunteer coordinator is Jennifer Buchwald.

DESCRIPTION:Each June\, we meet to elect officers\, approve the budgets for the upcoming church year (July 1-June 30)\, and act on other proposed business. View the official warrant with the meeting agenda here. Please make every effort to attend!
