Come hear from Jewish Voice for Peace, the Muslim Justice League, and the Council on American-Islamic Relations, as they discuss various ways to challenge the rampant anti-Muslim policies and rhetoric we see today, encapsulated in the attempts at a “Muslim Ban”. The Theodore Parker Church Social Action Committee is co-sponsoring this event.

The meditation group meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 7 p.m. The next meeting is December 13 in the parish hall parlor.  We read a short poem and then share silent meditation time together for about 25 minutes.  All are welcome to drop in.
