Please join us for our first game night of 2018 next Saturday, January 20, at 6 p.m. in the parish hall parlor. This is a multigenerational event, and all are welcome. Bring your favorite games, cash (small bills) for ordering pizza, a snack, dessert or drink (optional), and friends (optional).
Theodore Parker Church member Damien Francoeur-Krzyzek will be joined by string players from New England Conservatory to present an evening of chamber music by Beethoven, Brahms and Bloch. Brian Cartwright will show a short film, "Hope in a Changing Climate," and lead a discussion about methods of ecological restoration for degraded lands around the world. The filmmaker is John D. The church's annual pledge drive to raise funds for the 2018-2019 operating budget begins on Sunday, March 4. During fellowship hour, the new Stewardship Team will host an information session to explain the changes that will take place for this year's drive and answer questions about the pledge drive goals and procedures.
