As we enter the Jewish New Year and the Days of Awe between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, how do we contend with grief and repentance, as we continue to witness the ongoing destruction of Gaza and observe the second anniversary of October 7th? How can we let this season of change crack us open without losing sight of liberation?

India Wood is a dual degree student at Union Theological Seminary and Hunter Silberman School of Social Work, pursuing a Master in Divinity and a Master in Social Work.
