Old Habits Die Hard

Our Unitarian Universalist tradition has a long legacy of what we have considered care-taking, of doing FOR others. What we are learning, what is emerging at long last, is awareness of how that legacy has isolated us, and dis-served our intentions. Why does it take us so long to understand?

We are pleased to welcome Marvin Venay, Director of Congregational and Volunteer Engagement for the Unitarian Universalist Urban Ministry, to our service this week. Marvin will be with us for a Q & A about engagement with the Urban Ministry during our coffee hour, as well.
