As we celebrate our annual Flower Service, we’ll consider the words of the poet John O’Donohue, who suggests, “The human soul is hungry for beauty. … When we experience the Beautiful, there is a sense of homecoming. … We feel most alive in the presence of the Beautiful for it meets the needs of our soul.” What is beauty, exactly, and how might we make the world more filled with it? We’ll be welcoming new members, AND acknowledging the 15th anniversary of marriage equality in Massachusetts, too!
