Accessing Helpful Church Information Is a “Breeze”

Breeze is our user-friendly church management system. It give users access to the church directory of members and friends, a record of the user’s financial pledges and donations to the church, and a comprehensive calendar of events. You don’t have to be a church member to be a member of Breeze. You just have to want to be part of our community.

Breeze is easy to learn and easy to use! 

GETTING STARTED: Log on to Breeze here (and bookmark the page!).

All the data stored in Breeze is secure and password protected. When you sign in with your secure password, you will have access to the three modules you will see in the black bar at the top of your screen: My Profile, People, and Events.

  1. MY PROFILE. This module has all your personal information. The only people besides you who can change your Profile information are the Stewardship Team co-chairs and the church administrator.

Details. To change your Profile information, click “Details” on the left side of the screen, click the gray subheads, and enter your changes. We are not currently using the Education & Work area, but you can enter that information if you wish.

Under each data field area, such as “Phone,” you will see “*Show more options.” When you click it, you can choose to have that data kept private so it doesn’t appear in the Directory, which all members can view. You might want to have a phone number, address, or names of children kept private.

To add or change your photo, double click the photo box and download your new photo. Note that “landscape” orientation will work better than “portrait.” We will not be taking directory photos at church from now on.

Tags. We have just begun to use Tags to create subgroups of members. As of now, the only tag is for the status group “Directory,” which means your information will appear in the online Directory. You can’t add or delete a tag. If you want to opt in or out of the directory, please contact office@tparkerchurch.org.

Attendance. We are not currently using this feature.

Giving. On this screen, you can view (but not change) your Giving record, including pledges and payments to various funds. Please check this page occasionally as we will no longer mail frequent paper statements of your payments. Only the co-chairs of the Stewardship Team and the church administrator have access to your Giving information.

Forms. If you have completed a form (such as RE registration), you can see it here.

Volunteering. We are not currently using this feature.

  1. PEOPLE. In this module, you can see profiles of other members who have the Directory tag. You can’t see the information they are keeping private. To see profile information for an individual, click on their name or enter their name in the Filter by Name box.

To view and print a Directory: On the screen that lists all members, there is a gray box on the right with two options: Email and Export. Click Export. On the next screen, you can choose either an Excel spreadsheet format or Directory. You can choose to include pictures. If you want your family to appear when users choose the “Group by family” format, please upload a family photo on your profile page. The Directory is formatted for printing. Please print your own copy if possible, as we will have a limited number of copies at church.

Remember: the Directory is a secure, password projected document. Only our Breeze members can see it.

  1. EVENTS. The Events calendar shows all church events, meetings, and rentals. Just click on it and after a brief pause the calendar will populate. If you are planning an event, check the Events calendar first to be sure the room you want for your event is available and a conflicting event isn’t already scheduled.
